Philosophy

There are a number of guiding principles that we seek to adhere to in our efforts to provide quality real property valuation services.

Geographic Competency

Real estate markets are unique and they are influenced by a variety of factors, many of which cannot be perceived from afar. For this reason, we seek to keep our practice local and by living, working, and interacting on a daily basis in a limited market area we are best able to understand and discern the forces that impact property values. This leads to better and more accurate analyses and valuation conclusions for our clients. The primary market areas we serve are Tulare County and Kings County. This includes the cities of Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Hanford, Lemoore, Dinuba, Exeter, and other small communities and outlying areas. We also accept some assignments in nearby areas of Fresno County and Kern County.

Client Diversification

Another principle that guides our practice is that of client diversification. We continually seek to provide professional services to a broad spectrum of clients, which gives us a wider perspective on the needs and motivations of all market participants. We work with lenders and borrowers, public agencies and private property owners, major corporations and local businesses, and landlords and tenants, all in an effort to stay fully informed of all viewpoints on the real estate market. This also results in giving us access to a wealth of market data and information that is essential to proper valuation.
